Although we will accept occasional walk-in customers if technicians are available, we prefer 'appointments only' to eliminate client wait time. Whether you get your nails done weekly or only on a special occasion , we strive to provide everyone with superior customer service and techniques."

Also we have always asked for at lease a 24 hour cancellation notice, how ever over several months we have experienced an unequal amount of NO SHOW/ NO CALL,
We hope that you will not need to cancel your appointment. We do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to our cancellation policy. Unless otherwise stated, we require 24 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.
Dragonfly Nail Spa & Boutique is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our technicians. Because of this a Credit card on file is required for all appointment bookings. Beginning July 1st 2019, A charge of 50 % of any booked services will be rendered for any appointments cancelled less than 24hrs. notice and for all No Call/ No Show. Charges will be applied the day after original service appointment is missed. and are non-refundable .
