We hope that you will not need to cancel your appointment. We do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to our cancellation policy. Unless otherwise stated, we require 24 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.
Dragonfly Nail Spa & Boutique is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our technicians. Because of this a Credit card on file is required for all appointment bookings. Beginning July 1st 2019, A charge of 50 % of any booked services will be rendered for any appointments cancelled less than 24hrs. notice and for all No Call/ No Show. Charges will be applied the day after original service appointment is missed. and are non-refundable . PLEASE BE ADVISED WE DO NOT SERVICE ANY CHILDEREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14.... NOR ARE THEY ALLOWED IN THE SALON AT ANY TIME. CLIENTS 14-17 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.

All appointments are scheduled according to services and times allocated to them, also assigned to specific Nail Technicians skills, if you are unable to book a specific services then more than likely the time is not available for that service, please feel free to call the salon with any services availability concerns. Please do not book random services in order to be on our schedule. (Example: book for a Manicure, but need a full set). If our schedule is not open for that full set, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.
